My mission is to help people gain clarity about their health through trustworthy education, practical tools, and thoughtful guidance by breaking down the complexity of certain subjects in health, rooted in values from our health professional experience and in research.
I also help people care for their health not only with clarity, but also with wisdom, and faith, guided by my Christian values.
I am also a parent- caregiver of a special- needs person, my son who was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 2 years old, today a young man! Thus, I can help parents struggling with the care of their autistic child with strategies I learned along the way.
